Each player is permitted one j8jl account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

2.2 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one active j8jl account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. j8jl may use technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, j8jl reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances pending investigation.
2.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. j8jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify j8jl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC). j8jl is required to verify the identity of its users in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. j8jl reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.
3.1 Deposits. j8jl accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your j8jl account balance upon confirmation of receipt. j8jl does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
3.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. j8jl targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes for fully verified accounts; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one business day. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal may be processed, you must have:

3.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. j8jl reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to you by email prior to any deduction.
4.1 General. All bets and wagers placed on j8jl are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail.
4.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not accepted until j8jl has confirmed acceptance and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your account balance. j8jl reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
4.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, j8jl reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the staked amount to the relevant accounts. j8jl's decision in such matters is final.
4.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets — including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and table tennis — are subject to the specific rules of each market. Results are determined based on official results from the relevant governing body. j8jl reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or delay settlement where the integrity of an event is in question.
4.5 Live Betting. In-play or live betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time without notice. Bets placed after the relevant event has concluded will be voided.
5.1 General. j8jl may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
5.3 Abuse. j8jl reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player has abused the promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.
5.4 Changes. j8jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to accounts, subject to the applicable terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j8jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without j8jl's prior written consent.
j8jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.1 Platform Availability. j8jl does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and circumstances beyond j8jl's control may result in temporary unavailability.
10.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j8jl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Exclusions. j8jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
10.4 Gambling Losses. j8jl accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform. Gambling involves risk, and you acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds wagered.
11.1 By j8jl. j8jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
11.2 By You. You may close your account at any time by contacting j8jl customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the j8jl Platform shall first be submitted to j8jl's customer support team for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent j8jl from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
